You’ll receive a detailed 3D walkthrough of the project, along with floor plans and elevations. At this stage, revisions are welcomed, and we’ll refine the design to meet your needs. Budget scenarios, timelines, and project specifications also start to take shape.

During this meeting, we’ll introduce you to our resources and provide a clear overview of how our process works. It’s also the perfect opportunity to discuss construction plans, budget considerations, and project timelines. If you have a vision or specific questions, this is the time to share them.
In this phase, we refine the design based on your feedback and develop a detailed plan tailored to your family’s needs, lifestyle, and home. You’ll receive all the information necessary to make informed decisions about the project. We’ll collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to finalize material selections and project details.
Once decisions are made, we’ll document everything in a comprehensive Construction Agreement and Specifications document, detailing the finalized design, materials, and construction requirements. Permits and scheduling are also finalized at this stage.
With the plans in place, construction begins!
Your dedicated Project Manager oversees the entire process, including material procurement, coordinating skilled tradespeople, and scheduling inspections. They ensure quality standards are met and are always available to address your questions or concerns.
As the project nears completion, we’ll conduct a final review to address any remaining details and ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
